Court news week of July 10

CONWAY – The following cases were heard in Conway's Circuit Court recently:

-- Dylan Nestell, 18, of Conway, had charges of resisting arrest placed on file without finding for one year pending god behavior. He pleaded guilty to breach of bail condition and was given a six month jail sentence that was suspended for one year pending good behavior.He had another charge of breach of bail conditions placed on file for one year pending good behavior.

Court news week of June 23

CONWAY – The following cases were heard recently in Conway's Circuit Court:

• Norman Stelbergs, 32, of Albany had a charge of criminal mischief placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• Devin Garcia, 19, of Revere, Mass., had a charge of unlawful possession of alcohol/intoxication placed on file without finding for six months pending good behavior.

• Rachael Spina, 46, of Shapleigh, Maine, had a charge of possession of marijuana placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• William Reed, 24, of Fryeburg, Maine, had a charge of driving after revocation or suspension placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• Connor McGlone, 20, of Belmont pleaded guilty to driving after revocation or suspension and was given a $620 fine that was suspended for one year pending good behavior.

•  Hughes Pope, 31, of Eliot, Maine, had a charge of possession of marijuana placed on file without finding pending three months of good behavior.

• Matthew Hall, 34, of Madison had a charge of receiving stolen property placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• Richard Hartford, 45, of Conway had charges of display of revoked or suspended driver's license and driving after revocation or suspension placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• Brian Desgroseilliers, 32, of South Paris, Maine, pleaded guilty to simple assault and was given a $620 fine that was suspended for one year pending good behavior or and anger management. A charge of disorderly conduct was placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• Sara Hedglin, 18, of Steep Falls, Maine, had charges of possession of Ritalin, transportation of drugs (marijuana and Ritalin) in a motor vehicle, transportation of alcohol by a minor and open container placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior and successful completion of a diversion program.

• Brianne Zaffina, 25, of Conway had a charge of stalking placed on file without finding for one year pending good behavior.

• Jahmall Jones, 23, of Gardner, Mass., pleaded guilty to negligent driving and was fined $310.

• Chase Potter, 27, of Terrell, Texas, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated and was fined $620. His driver's license was revoked for nine months, and he was referred to an impaired driver program. He may petition for early reinstatement.

• Stefany Rankin, 20, of Porter, Maine, pleaded guilty to theft and was fined $434.

• Daniel Flynn, 30, of Conway pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was fined $434.
